2012 Recap

Honestly, looking back, 2012 was a pretty rough year.  There weren't any huge, significant bad things, it just was a hard year overall.  While we did have some very good positive things this year, I'm ready to tell 2012 goodbye, and I'm looking forward to a fresh start in 2013.  Here's a look back at some highlights from our year:

January

I took some pictures of LL outside that have since become some of my favorite.

LL had her 3 year pictures taken.

February

We celebrated LL's 3rd birthday with a Rapunzel themed birthday party!

We found out that Baby C was a BOY!

March

One of the scariest days of my life when the tornado came through.

We carried on an annual tradition by going to the Azalea Festival.

LL had her chick pics done.

Matt and I took a trip to Ikea to get stuff for the nursery!

Grammy bought LL some chicks!

LL helped Matt paint the shed.

My sister and I started our girl's trip to California!

April

We celebrated Easter.

We had our 4D ultrasound with Baby C!

We took LL to the strawberry patch.

May

Ben came to visit and we had fun playing with him.

LL went fishing.

Emily hosted a baby shower for Baby C!

LL started swim lessons.

June

We finished Baby C's nursery.

My belly got bigger.

Cooper came on his own timing in the middle of the night during a tropical storm!

July

We celebrated the 4th at home.

LL got her first hair cut.

Uh-oh showed up.

August

LL started preschool.

Matt started his fitness journey.

September

We enjoyed football season kicking off!

Matt started to see his body change!

I had my 10 year reunion and we took LL to a football game.

October

Matt continued to do great with his weight loss!

We took our annual trip to the Honey Bee Festival!

We also took our annual trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

I went with LL on her first school field trip to the fire station.

We had Cooper's 4 month pictures taken.

Matt continued to lose even MORE weight!

We celebrated Halloween.

November

After years of talking about it, we finally got new furniture.

LL went on her first out of town over night trip without Mommy and Daddy.

LL had her first school event - a Thanksgiving program!

We celebrated Thanksgiving.

Coop had a scary trip to the ER.

December

We took our annual trip to the Christmas tree farm.

LL had her Christmas pageant at school.

LL had her first slumber party with Ben.

We celebrated our favorite holiday - Christmas!

Cooper had his half birthday.

We are all looking towards 2013 with high hopes that it will be the best year ever!
