Cooper's 3rd Birthday

We had Cooper's party the weekend before his actual birthday.  His birthday fell on a Thursday this year, so in between swim lessons and Daddy having a regular work day, we tried to fit in some fun!  Cooper took swim lessons again this summer, and he had swim lessons every day at 9:50.  On his birthday, we got up and went to swim like normal.  After swim, we met Daddy at the donut store to have a birthday donut!

He picked out the blue and red sprinkle donut!

Killing it.

Trying to get a picture of both of these crazy kids (while on swivel chairs) was not the easiest task!

The best one I got!

After our donuts, we went home to play, eat lunch, and have nap time.  After naps, we met all of our family in town to eat Cooper's birthday dinner at Cheddar's.  For the past two years, we've celebrated Cooper's birthday with a big dinner at our house.  Starting at 3 years old, we let our kids pick if they want something cooked at home or to go eat out.  Cooper said he wanted to eat out, so we all went to Cheddar's to celebrate.  I didn't take many pictures while we were there.  I was really enjoying being in the moment and I had two kids to keep up with.

After dinner, we got a dessert for Cooper and they put a candle in it for us.  Here's Cooper about to blow it out.

We did take a few pictures outside after dinner (before my camera died).  I love my little family!  I can't believe our BABY is 3!

It was a fun day, and Cooper had a blast with all of his favorite people in the same place!  You can take a look at Cooper's past birthdays here:

Cooper's 3rd Birthday Party

Every year, rain is usually a big concern for Cooper's party.  With it always being outside, in the afternoon, at the end of June - we usually have to worry about afternoon summer showers.  Luckily, this year there was zero rain in the forecast!  It was nice to not have to stress about it!

When Cooper woke up from his nap at 3, we headed straight out to the pool to play and wait for people to start arriving!  Aunt Laura brought some water guns, and they were a big hit!

I love this face!

Matt enjoys getting some baby snuggles in when he can.  :)

Next year the Ray's will have another sweet baby to bring to the party!

The kids are all a little bigger this year and had a blast jumping in all over the place!

This is the first year that Kayla and Andrew have been able to come.  Cooper was so happy!

These sweet girls had to stick together!

We swam for a while, and then we served pizza (so easy!).  Then it was time for cake!  We surprised Coop with this super cool Lightening McQueen cake from Publix.

Cooper was so precious when everyone was singing to him.  :)

It was a little windy, so the candles were trying to go out on their own.  Thankfully Daddy was able to block them enough for Cooper to blow them out on his own.

Our sweet boy is 3!

Waiting for the first piece of his birthday cake!

Sweet Britt was so patient waiting for her piece.

This boy chowed down on his cake!

After cake, we let Cooper open his presents.  The nice thing was, the kids could watch if they wanted, or they could just keep swimming.  Everyone was happy!

Cooper hugging Kye as a "thank you" for his present.

Andrew was so sweet and watched the whole thing.

Cooper got a toy plane just like Nunu's - and took it straight to him to put the stickers on correctly.  :)

After presents, all the kids wanted a turn being thrown up in the air!

I love LL's sweet face in this one.

Ha!  Cooper lost his pants during his turn!

I was so happy that LL's best friend Madeline could come to the party!  LL needed another girl with all these boys around!

After everyone left, my favorite girls helped me get everything all cleaned up!

KK's - the baby whisperer.

It really was such a fun party!  The thing I love about a pool party is that all the kids have so much fun!  You can take a look back at Cooper's other parties here:
