Mother's Day Tea

At Cooper's preschool, the 4 year old classes always host a Mother's Day tea party for the kids and their moms.  Since it was at the end of the school year, I was able to sneak away for a little while and attend the party.

When I got there, they had a big presentation wall set up with pictures that all the kids had drawn of their moms.  I found myself right away, and I have to say, the resemblance is pretty strong.  ;)

All of the kids also painted flower vases for their moms.  I love this!!  So much better than real flowers!

Our last present was a book that the kids filled out all about their moms.  I love these things, and Cooper's answers were so adorable (especially when he said I was awesome at using a glue gun - haha).

We got a picture with Cooper's drawing.

Cooper also wanted a picture with his best friend!

On the way to the car, he asked to take a picture with the new turtles the school got this year.

This boy is so good to me!

We didn't do much on actual Mother's Day (hello packing a house!), but I did get this picture with the kids while we were at church!
