Date 2 of 12

Since our New Year's resolution to have a date night every month, Matt and I have really been looking forward to these!  Our February was suuuuuper busy, so we ended up doing our February date on the 13th.  It worked out great because it was a combo date night and Valentine's date without all of the crowds.  

Before our date, Matt surprised me with my Valentine's present.  A couple from our church has started their own business, and Matt had ordered me this wooden "M" to hang on our front porch! 

Our goal in our date nights is to not go to the same restaurant twice for date nights all year.  In January, we went to Texas Roadhouse.  For February, we decided to go to the Wooden Nickel!  We didn't take many pictures, but we were both super excited about some fried mushrooms!

I can not even begin to tell you how in love I am with this man.  I feel so blessed to be his wife and to go through life side by side with him!

A few days later, Matt got it hung up for me!

This date night was pretty short.  Since we went on a Thursday, we had to be done in time to pick up the kids and get home for bed times.  Even though it was short and not super eventful, I still had a great time just spending time with the man of my dreams!
