Cooper's 1st Birthday!

Cooper's birthday fell on a Tuesday this year.  We weren't having his party until the following Saturday, but I still wanted to make his actual day special for him.  

The night before his birthday - our last pictures with a BABY!  The next morning we would have a toddler in our house!

The next morning Coop's day started with a bottle.  My first picture with my TODDLER boy!  I took this picture at 7:20am - the exact time he was born.  :)

What a difference a year makes!

Lorelai had VBS the week of Coop's birthday, so we got her ready to go!

I got to spend the day with my sweet one year old!  After VBS, Oma and Opa picked LL up so that I could get ready for our big family dinner that night.  I really enjoyed spending so much one on one time with Coop on his big day!  

We took his LAST monthly pictures!

I forgot to wrap one of his presents, so I gave it to him before everyone came over and let him enjoy it.  He loved it.  :)

All of his presents from Mommy, Daddy, and LL.  We got him:

some blocks, a tool bench, an FSU hat, a remote control, two books (Little Blue Truck, and That's Not My Puppy), a truck (in the previous pic), and a big yellow ball (not in this pic).

When Daddy got home from work, he brought he birthday boy a balloon!  He LOVED it!!

He wore his crab outfit in preparation for his Crab Shack party coming up on Saturday.  :)

All of the grandparents came over for dinner and I cooked Cooper's favorite meal - spaghetti!  After we ate dinner, Cooper got his birthday cupcake and we sang to him!

He loved it.  :)

After dinner we gave him his bath and then it was time for presents!  It's our tradition to do the presents from us (and the grandparents if they choose) on their actual birthday instead of the day of their party.

Gigi and Poppy bought this stool for LL on her first birthday, and now Cooper has one, too!
