Daddy/Daughter Time

Now that LL is getting a good bit older, Matt is able to start doing some of the things that he loves with her.  Luckily for him, she is also starting to love some of the same things that he does!  One of those things that we definitely have in common is fishing.  This little girl LOVES to go fishing and will get so excited about it.  This is especially cute to me because I remember feeling the same way when I was little.  My parents divorced when I was very young (2 years old!) and one of my favorite things to do with my dad on my weekends with him was go fishing.  It's super special for me to see my daughter loving to do the same thing with her Daddy.  


While I was at the shower for Baby C, Matt decided that he would take LL fishing again.  From what he said, she had a BLAST and they ended up catching a ton of fish!  The caught so much that we had enough for a huge cook-out at our house that night!

She was eager to show me their catch!

She has no hesitation in touching them at all!

They did AWESOME!

Again, I am just reminded of how blessed I am to have a husband who is an involved daddy!  He loves this little girl SO MUCH and loves spending time with her.  He just makes me fall in love with him over and over every day!
