- I love how crazy silly you are. You are constantly trying to make me laugh, even if it doesn't always work. :)
- I love how you secretly love Lola a ton. Even though she's the most irritating dog on the planet, you still cuddle her and talk baby talk to her all of the time. Even though you won't admit it.
- I love watching you sing and lead worship from stage at church. It is so obvious your love for our Savior that I can't help but see you and think about how thankful I am to have married such a godly man who loves the Lord.
- I love how goofy you are! You are NEVER afraid of making a fool of yourself or of what other people think. I am not that carefree and I love that you try and bring it out in me, too!
- I love how thoughtful you are. I came home from my trip to an extremely clean house (even the laundry was done!), signs out front, and flowers inside. Those things mean a ton to me, especially because you thought to do them all on your own!
- I love your desire to share things with LL and teach her things. You guys have started a garden this year (that I have absolutely NOTHING to do with!) and you have done so great with letting her help you and showing her how things grow.
- I love hearing you say the name of our son. :) It sounds so good coming from your mouth and I feel SO blessed to be able to carry him for you!
- I love looking back at all of the fun things that we've done over the years. We've been a lot of places and done a lot of things. And I love that we've done it all together!
- I love your desire for the Lord. You truly are a great example for our family and I think that is one of the most important qualities for a husband and father to have. You are a great leader for us.
- I love how we've made it through so much. This May, we will have been married for 8 YEARS! In those years, we have had some really high points and some really low points. Regardless of which one of those places we are, we've always walked together and I know that will never change.
- I love how affectionate you are to me and to LL. You're never afraid to hug or kiss us and let us know how you're feeling. LL is definitely growing up with a father who lets her know how much he loves her!
- I love your willingness to stick by your family. You stand up for me (and LL) whenever we need it, and you do it with all of your heart.
- I love that you like doing kid stuff as much as LL does. :) You love to color, paint, play with chalk, get dirty, jump on the trampoline, etc. You are a kid at heart and I LOVE that!
- I love that you are NOT picky with food! You will eat almost anything, and you also force me to try new things that I NEVER would have otherwise.
- I love that you're starting to read books. :) I have always had a passion for reading and I think it's great that you're starting to get one, too. It's just one more thing for us to share.
- I love that you love Laura and Gino (and Ben!) as much as I do! My sister has always been my best friend and I love that you fit in with them seamlessly and love them with all of your heart! I can't imagine having my husband and sister (and her family!) not get along. I would always feel so torn!
- I love how you love to be outside. All. The. Time. I am totally NOT an outside person, so I think it's awesome that you push me to do it more. But more than that, you are making LL and outdoor person, too, and that's awesome!
- I love that you put up with my HORRIBLE cooking for so many years. :) Looking back, you ate WAY more hamburger helper than should be required of any man, and you never really complained about it. You were so patient with me when I was learning how to cook (and I still am!) and never made me feel bad about how terrible I was at it. :)
- I love how you read my blog and think that it's a valuable thing that I do. You support me in this and that makes it so much better.
- I love that you put up with my crazy picture taking ways. You never mind when I'm asking you to take 1,000 pictures whenever we're doing something.
- I love how incredibly handsome you are. I thought you were handsome at 22, but you really are only getting better with age. You are for sure not hard on the eyes!
- I love that I know that we're both in this for the long haul. Even though we were crazy young, we both fully knew what we were getting ourselves into. When we said, "I Do", we both knew that we were not taking those words lightly.
- I love that you stuck right by me though this rough year. This was one of the lowest lows (though not the only one) of our marriage, yet we were still side by side through the whole thing.
- I love seeing how you nurture LL's little spirit. You are always so cautious with how much a Daddy can affect a little girl and you try as hard as you can to make sure that you're being a positive force in her life. I love seeing you holding her hand, telling her positive things about herself, and whispering sweet nothings in her ear. You are doing SO MANY good things for her spirit that she will carry with her for the rest of her life.
- I love that we're on the same page about kids. It's such a great feeling to know that we both are done after this. I would hate having to go through this pregnancy knowing that either you never wanted more than one, OR that you wanted more after this and I didn't. I'm happy that we're on the same page.
- I love how hard you've been working for our family. This change to Aflac has not always been an easy one, but you've worked so hard at it and YOU'RE DOING IT! You are just proof to me every day that, if you work hard and seek God's will, you can succeed at anything.
Happy Birthday, sweetheart! I hope 32 is a wonderful year for you and I can't wait to spend it by your side! I LOVE YOU!
