This was her favorite ride from our last visit, so it was the first one that we headed to. She has been talking for months about how she rode the tiger. This time she picked the elephant!
We actually got her to wear her sunglasses! Amazing!
Petting Zoo time! She LOVES animals, so this is always her favorite part.
She also started doing this really funny thing where she would call the Rooster! She totally started this on her own - I have no idea where she got it. But she absolutely sounded exactly like a rooster! I'm so glad we got it on video!
Matt picked up the chicken so that she could pet it and she totally wanted to hold it by herself. She walked around like this for a good five minutes. It was SO funny!
Here's a video of her carrying the chicken.
Such a little diva sometimes!
Riding the safari with Daddy.
Waiting in line for her first roller coaster.
I love this picture. It just makes me so happy!
We ended with the same ride that we started with. When I told her to put her hands in the air, she would only lift one. So cute. :)
I did have one of my first moments of parental rage at the park. Lorelai and I got in line for the big slide. There were a good 10 or so people in front of us, including about 4 or 5 kids all grouped together (they were probably about 6 or so years old). Because of the shirt she was wearing, you could really see her strawberry. They started staring at her and whispering to each other. They even started moving away from her and giving her funny looks if she walked near them. I realize that they were small kids and didn't understand. But it made me so angry to see how they were acting towards my sweet little girl. Like something was wrong with her. I have never felt anger like that before, so I just took her and we left the line. I'm sure this won't be the last time that I feel this way as a parent, but I sure didn't like it! Ugh!
But on the upside, LL had a BLAST at the park and it really makes me look forward to Disney World in November!

What a fin place and don't worry about her strawberry, tell her it is where the angels kissed her to protect her from all those not nice people and it makes her even more special!
you got some AWESOME pictures!!!! Where is the roller coaster they can ride? I so never saw it??? I'm so sorry about those kids...I never even notice that anymore AT ALL. Hopefully it'll completely fade before she's old enough for her to realize moments like that ya know? But you handled it great!
