Our God

Matt and I joined Crosspointe Church in November of last year.  I have really loved it and we just have a renewed passion for church and Christ.  I have also been focusing on my own walk with Christ lately.  I've been reading a book called Extraodinary Faith by Sheila Walsh.  This book has been a life changer for me.  It has really opened up a new world for me spiritually.  I'm only about half way through, but I'm really enjoying reading about what faith really is and what it means to have faith.  And how to have extraordinary faith.  I plan to do a post on the book when I get through.  I'm actually thinking about doing a giveaway on this book. 

At church on Sunday, Spence and the band sang "Our God " by Chris Tomlin.  It is SO much better in person than it is in a video or on a recording.  You're welcome to come to church with me any time to hear it live.  :)  But this song really moves me and speaks to me.  It's exactly how I'm feeling in my spiritual life right now. 

I'm totally one of those people that doesn't usually watch the videos on other people's blogs.  I really should.  So after saying that, please take 5 minutes out of your day to watch this -- I'm sure you won't regret it.  :)



And, yes, we do have this kind of music at our church.  :)
