Wild About Wild Adventures

One of our early Christmas presents this year was two yearly passes to Wild Adventures.  Matt and I used to have passes waaaay back when we first got married, but we just haven't really had a need for them in the past couple of years.  I knew that I would be wanting a pass this summer to take LL to the water park, so we just asked for them for Christmas.  Mom was awesome enough to go ahead and give them to us so that we could already use them (they'll let you use them early - so it's for longer than a year, really). 

I really wanted to take LL out there in December (but before it got toooo cold) so that she could see all of the lights, etc.  And this kid is nuts about animals, so I knew she'd have a blast all around.  We asked Gigi to go (b/c she got the tickets) and Grammy to go (b/c she loves Wild Adventure) so we had a fun little group.  Instead of giving you a way boring account of everything we did, I'll just give you an overview.  We.....

Saw baby Jesus in the cool life size manger they had..

Is it appropriate to ride the camel that brought the Wise Men to see Jesus?  Probably not.  But we did anyway.

We rode the train and stuck our heads in the cutouts....

We looked at animals and went to the petting zoo...

We rode some rides....

And just had an awesome time!!

Thanks Gigi for the awesome Christmas present!  Lorelai really had an amazing time!  I've been hearing about "La-lie ride tiger" for a month now.  I know she's really ready to go back and it makes me super pumped about Disney in November!  I know that we'll have a blast going back all summer!
