First Halloween!

For Halloween, we had bought Lorelai a pig costume to wear and we were planning on just going to all the grandparents' houses and visiting, but last minute plans changed!  Grammy (Matt's mom) decided to take a trip to Tennessee to see her mom, and Gigi (my mom) was going out to dinner and a movie that night.  My friend Meghan's mom (who is like another mom to me) told me that Crossroads was having a Fall Festival and she would love it if we would stop by.  We decided that that would be fun, and we would just walk around for a little bit because we knew that LL is still to young to do any of that stuff.  It ended up being so warm on Halloween, so we also had to nix the costume because it was super thick.  We did have a cute little Halloween onesie for her that I had gotten at Old Navy awhile back, so we decided to just let her be festive in that.

  We got to the Fall Festival (LL even had to get her own little arm band - so cute!) and found Mrs. Collins right away.  She hadn't seen LL in a couple of months, so she was excited to see her for a bit.  We walked around and saw some other people that we knew and just hung out for a little while.

 After we left there we had to stop by Sams to get some formula (way cheeper and bigger than anywhere else) and we decided to pick up some dinner and stop by to see Pop (Matt's dad) because he didn't go to Tennessee.

 It was also 6 o'clock and time for Lorelai to eat dinner, so it worked out perfectly to stop there for a little bit.  It wasn't a hugely eventful Halloween since LL is so little, but we enjoyed our little evening as a family!
